We are seeking a Senior QA Manager with a strong background in managing multiple global projects and leading distributed teams across onsite and offshore locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on QA expertise, excellent leadership skills, and experience with modern QA methodologies and tools. This role requires a strategic thinker who can define and implement quality assurance processes while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple QA projects across global teams with effective onsite-offshore coordination.
• Define and implement overall QA strategy, processes, and best practices across both manual and automation testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps pipelines.
• Drive the automation strategy to improve test coverage, efficiency, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and test plans.
• Manage and mentor QA engineers, fostering skills development and improving team effectiveness.
• Oversee the creation and execution of test cases, scripts, and test data for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Ensure timely execution of testing cycles and deliver comprehensive quality metrics, dashboards, and defect reports.
• Establish and enforce QA standards for tools, frameworks, documentation, and processes.
• Coordinate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to manage test environments and ensure smooth deployments.
• Track, report, and manage defects through closure, including conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing global QA projects with a strong emphasis on onsite-offshore team coordination.
• Strong hands-on experience with QA tools and frameworks including:
  • Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, JMeter, Postman, SoapUI, etc.
• Proficiency in test management tools such as:
  • Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, etc.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and CI/CD tools like:
  • Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Experience in cloud-based testing environments is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience reporting to technical and business leadership.
