Role: Senior SAP S/4HANA R2R Functional Lead
Location: Loveland, CO (Remote)
Duration: 6 months (Can extend)

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead SAP solutions supporting the Record to Report (R2R) business function
  • Design and deliver SAP solutions aligned with financial, architectural, and operational needs
  • Collaborate with functional architects, analysts, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure solution integrity through appropriate testing and quality assurance
  • Lead functional review and approval of enhancements, defects, and changes
  • Drive hands-on functional changes and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with and provide direction to third-party SAP vendors and system integrators
  • Facilitate business workshops to align SAP solutions with business strategy
  • Assist in prioritizing R2R-related demand and initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end functional ownership of SAP solution delivery (planning through execution)
  • Mentor and develop junior SAP team members

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Minimum 15 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals.
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent.
  • Hands-on functional experience working in various sub-modules of S/4HANA FICO with integration to SD, MM & PP.
  • Hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios.
  • Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Functional Lead/Lead Architect.
  • History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes.
  • Experience in SAP development estimation and using best practices in SAP solution delivery.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staff Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users
