Senior SDET

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior SDET in Westlake, TX. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation, modern web technologies, and quality engineering.

Duties:
* Play a key role in designing and implementing robust test automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality delivery of Angular-based applications, and contributing to the overall engineering excellence of our products
* Work closely with developers, product owners, and quality engineers to build scalable and maintainable test solutions using Cypress, Cucumber, Angular, REST, DevSecOps, AWS, and other modern technologies
* Your contributions will directly impact the customer experience and product reliability
* Application build, deploy using Continuous Integration/ Deployment (CI/CD) tools -- Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, etc.
* Make significant contributions to our technology platform

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or closely related)
* 4+ years of development full-stack development experience with, designing, developing and maintaining multi-tier internet-facing web applications using Angular, Node, Nest, and proper test automation frameworks in a fast-paced Scrum environment
* 2+ years of Responsive & Progressive Modern Web application development
* Strong demonstrated experience in delivering software solutions in an Agile environment
* Experience with Test Driven Development frameworks
* Experience with iOS and Android application development and testing would be a plus
* Understanding of docker, cloud-computing / cloud services platforms (e.g. AWS or azure) will be a plus
* Excellent written and oral communication skills needed for Agile team
* Passionate about quality engineering best practices and end-to-end test automation
* Certifications in AWS or similar cloud platforms are a plus
* Creative, Innovative and Problem-Solving skills are a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
