Role Overview:
The Senior SOX IT Tester will lead and execute SOX compliance testing for IT General Controls (ITGCs). This role involves performing walkthroughs, control validation, testing, and reporting while coordinating with IT and Internal Audit teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute quarterly SOX ITtesting.
- Conduct control walkthroughs and validate design effectiveness.
- Analyze test evidence, identify deficiencies, and recommend remediations.
- Manage evidence collection and testing documentation.
- Use Excel for data analysis and reporting automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s in Information Systems or related field.
- 5+ years in IT Audit / SOX ITtesting.
- Certifications (CISA, CRISC, CISSP) preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) a plus.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $80.00-$85.00 per hour.
