Job Details

Lead the design of scalable, secure Salesforce architectures that address complex business needs across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global standards and Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate closely with global and regional Salesforce Solution Architects, Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), business stakeholders, and IT Product Owners/Managers to understand, document, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Oversee the integration of Salesforce with SAP and other enterprise systems, utilizing APIs, middleware (e.g., WebMethods, MuleSoft, Informatica), and data integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Guide and govern the use of DTL tools/platforms for efficient data transformation and loading within Salesforce projects.
Create, review, and maintain comprehensive technical design documents, architecture diagrams, process maps, and KDD (Key Design Decision) documents to guide development and ensure solution quality.
Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise standards.
Apply business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation best practices, utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to project teams, fostering knowledge sharing and best practice adoption throughout the Salesforce solution lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating alignment and understanding across diverse teams.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and presentations as needed.
Continuously stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and industry best practices, proactively identifying and driving opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Hands-on expertise with multiple Salesforce modules (Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing, Digital Engagement, Omni Channel, Health Cloud).
Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP and middleware/integration platforms.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect).
Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
