Job Description:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and security models.
- Expertise with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments.
Preferred Certifications (Highly Preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I (especially for LWC-focused roles)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce industry clouds or specialized modules.
- Knowledge of other programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.) for integrations.
- Prior experience in large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
