Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong communication abilities and a solid foundation in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations. The ideal candidate should be able to explain technical solutions confidently, ask clarifying questions, and demonstrate clear understanding while interacting with stakeholders or interviewers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes.
• Write efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and follow Salesforce best practices.
• Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) with clean and modular JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement effective error handling, debugging, and exception management.
• Work with Salesforce data structures, schema, and object relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Contribute to Salesforce administration tasks, including basic configuration, page layouts, and security setup.
• Communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and LWC development.
• Understanding of API integration concepts.
• Ability to implement proper error handling and follow coding best practices.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model and architecture.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce Flows and admin configurations.
• Strong communication skills, including listening, clarifying questions, and confident presentation of answers.
• Ability to explain code logic clearly without relying solely on code-generation tools.
