Company Overview

The company has developed its technology suite in-house using PHP and recently transitioned its CRM to Salesforce (October). With a nationwide footprint of 3,000 offices (1,000 still on the legacy CRM), Client is actively migrating 50 offices every 2–4 weeks and is currently halfway through the process.

Team & Environment

• Internal development team of 10 (no current Salesforce experience)
• Building an internal knowledge center to support CRM transition and future enhancements
• Leadership is in place to drive decisions but lacks implementation capacity

Project Status

• MVP of Salesforce CRM launched in April
• Currently operating slightly above MVP level
• Currently in a migration of 50 offices every 2-4 weeks.
• 3k offices nationwide (1k are still using old CRM).
• Ongoing need for enhancements and gap-filling in the new CRM
• No middleware; CI/CD pipeline is still under development
• Future plans include migration to AWS

Role Responsibilities

• Lead development and enhancement of Salesforce CRM
• Support ongoing migration and onboarding of offices
• Build out additional functionality and integrations
• Collaborate with internal teams and consulting partners
• Take ownership of development through unit testing and deployment

Required Skills

• Salesforce Development (8+ years)
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experienced Cloud
• API integration with internal databases
• Strong migration experience

• AWS familiarity
