Senior Salesforce CRM Specialist to provide production support
Location: South San Francisco, CA (Onsite 3 days / Hybrid )
Duration: Long Term
Interview Mode: F2F Required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce CRM, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and user issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, validation rules, triggers, flows, integrations, and data inconsistencies.
- Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with business users to understand functional problems and provide effective solutions.
- Work with development teams to analyze defects, propose fixes, and support deployment activities.
- Perform routine configuration updates including profiles, permission sets, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and flows.
- Ensure compliance with org-wide change management and release management processes.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Maintain documentation for issue resolutions, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM with strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core platform features.
- Solid experience in production support roles, preferably in a high-usage Salesforce environment.
- Strong skills in declarative configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Reports, Dashboards, etc.).
- Good understanding of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (reading/debugging preferred).
- Experience working with integration platforms (Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Ability to analyze complex issues and provide quick, effective resolutions.
