Role : Senior ServiceNow Leader
Location: Newark, NJ - onsite
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Develop and implement custom workflows, scripts, and applications to extend platform functionality.
- Design and maintain API-based integrations with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to automate and optimize workflows and service delivery.
- Enforce security controls and monitor platform performance to ensure compliance.
- Plan and execute platform upgrades and patches with minimal disruption.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user training materials.
- Support ServiceNow strategy and governance aligned to enterprise goals.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and implementation practices
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio
- Experience building and maintaining REST/SOAP integrations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Local to NJ or able to reliably commute to Newark HQ
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD
- Experience with ITOM Discovery, Event Management, and/or Performance Analytics
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
