About your role:
As a Software Architecture - Advisor II, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing software architecture strategies that support Fiserv's business objectives. What you'll do:
- Develop and implement software architecture strategies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment between business objectives and software architecture.
- Provide guidance on software solutions and integration across multiple platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance business performance.
- Create and maintain software architectural models, blueprints, and documentation.
- Mentor and support junior team members in software architecture best practices.

Experience you'll need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in software architecture
- 3+ years of experience in technology integration
- 3+ years of experience in software solution design
- 3+ years of experience with development and integration of software solutions using languages such as Golang, Java, or Python
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing microservices architecture
- 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- 3+ years of experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and/or distributed SQL databases like YugabyteDB
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience in the financial services industry

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
