Develop, enhance, debug, implement and test software applications, program solutions, platforms, hardware, IT, tools, information systems, operations systems supporting business units, functions, and core enterprise. Review technical direction, code, requirements, and system architecture, confer with programmers. Create multithreading schedulers, implement change requests. Maintain documentation, identify problems, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. Use Java, J2EE, SQL, XML, XSLT, JSON, PowerShell, Spring, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Camunda, Hibernate, JPA, Junit, JMS, SOAP and REST Webservices, .NET Framework, Quartz, WMI, Apache Web Server, Mulesoft, Active MQ, Tomcat, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rest API, Microservices, Oracle, Git, BitBucket. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience testing; developing information and operations systems supporting core enterprise; reviewing code, requirements; creating multithreading schedulers; implementing change requests; using Java, J2EE, XML, Spring, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Junit, SOAP, Webservices, Angular, Rest API, Microservices, Oracle. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $178,132 to $178,150/yr.
