Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in the New Albany, OH area. Must currently reside in the New Albany, OH area As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a team delivering high-quality technology solutions that help our business run smoothly. You will design, develop, and install software applications, working with a variety of technologies to build solutions that meet business needs. You will also help test, troubleshoot, and improve software, making sure it works reliably and efficiently. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and IT infrastructure teams, and you may provide guidance and mentoring to other developers. The role involves working on both small and large projects, using either Agile or Waterfall approaches. Build, test, and deploy software applications using modern technologies. Solve complex problems with logical, creative, and practical solutions. Align software solutions with business goals and objectives. Communicate clearly about project progress, challenges, and results. Create presentations and demos for stakeholders of all levels. Maintain documentation for software and system processes. Suggest improvements to processes, tools, and applications. Share knowledge and mentor team members. Stay up-to-date with the company s products and technologies. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of software development experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Strong skills in: .NET (C# and VB), Windows Services, ASP.NET WebAPI, WebForms, Blazor Python and DjangoDRF Front-end development: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap Database query writing: MS SQL, Postgres, Oracle Powershell scripting Software packaging/installers (WiX) ORM tools (Entity Framework, Dapper, RepoDb) This position plays a key role in developing tools that support critical systems, including Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA).
