Our Client, a greenfield video servicing/managment startup, is looking for a Senior Support Specialist for their team. The company has been expanding rapidly and looking for experienced personnel to aid in their roll out to market.
This is an opportunity to work for an established and rapidly growing company. They are ideally looking for someone with Linux, Windows 10/11 & Mac support experience. Previous experience with Video Management & AI is a plus.
This is a Full-Time role, Hybrid in Uptown Dallas, TX paying $75-95k.

Require Skills & Experience.
- Experience with Linux, Mac, Windows 10/11, PC Support, peripherals, mobile devices, remote access, virmalware removal, and productivity applications (Office 365, M365 Adobe, Zoom, etc.)
- Proven experience administrating Active Directory & Group Policy
- Familiarity with TCP/IP networking
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
