Job Details

Job Role :- Senior System Analyst

Location :- Atlanta , GA (Onsite) **** Local of GA Required *****

Duration :- 6+ Months

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a Microsoft enterprise environment.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows OS, VPN, RDP, Microsoft Teams.

    • Configuration of Windows Infrastructure via Group Policy and/or scripts.

    • Proficiency with PowerShell automation.

    • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.

  • Active Directory & Microsoft 365:

    • 3+ years with AD DS upgrades, consolidations, and migrations.

    • 2+ years with Office/Microsoft 365, including mailbox migrations.

    • 1+ year with ADFS or Azure AD, with knowledge of SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO providers.

  • Additional Experience (Preferred):

    • AWS infrastructure management.

    • SharePoint environment support.

    • Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite / EM+S.

  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications (Windows Server, Office 365, Azure) strongly preferred.

  • Other Competencies:

    • Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to coordinate with third-party vendors.

    • Proficiency in technical documentation.

    • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL practices.
