A seasoned Senior Technical Lead to be the primary technical authority at onshore This role demands a blend of deep architectural expertise hands on leadership and the executive presence to engage directly with senior client stakeholders SVP level The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the technical solution restore client confidence and drive the project to success

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture and delivery roadmap on Google Cloud Platform
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to senior client leadership effectively communicating strategy progress and risks
• Lead a distributed onsite offshore team setting a high bar for engineering excellence through hands on coding and mentorship
• Diagnose and resolve deep technical challenges and systemic issues to ensure project milestones are met

Required Qualifications Skills

• Experience 10 years in software engineering with 5 years in a technical leadership or architect role
• Executive Communication Proven experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership Director VP SVP levels
• wCloud Architecture Deep hands on expertise with Google Cloud Platform Google Cloud Platform including services like Vertex AI BigQuery and Cloud Storage
• Technical Acumen Mastery of Python and a strong background in building and deploying AIML systems particularly for video or image processing
