Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Owner for a remote workplace opportunity in West Michigan. Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this contract opportunity. Candidates willing to commute in for occasional meetings will be given preference. 

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET:

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience with a strong technical background in ServiceNow SPM, with comfort discussing architectural requirements with developers/architects.

  • History of building and configuring out-of-the-box functionality with SPM, including but not limited to dashboards, reports, capacity management, and project management 

  • Comfortable managing backlogs, prioritizing based on changing requirements; developing user stories for development work, and monitoring product progress at each stage of the process

  • Strong background working in Agile or SAFe environments (Kanban)
