Functional & Business Process Expertise

  • Act as a SME in HR Service Delivery processes (case management, knowledge management, employee self-service, lifecycle events).

  • Gather and document global HR requirements, aligning them with ServiceNow HRSD functionality.

  • Drive process harmonization across countries while supporting compliance and local statutory requirements.

  • Oversee data migration, testing cycles (SIT, UAT), and production cutover.

  • Ensure integration stability and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Act as the primary liaison with HR, IT, Shared Services, and external partners.

  • Oversee employee adoption programs, training, and communication plans.

  • Deliver progress updates, KPIs, and RAG dashboards to executive sponsors.

  • Ensure alignment with corporate HR transformation strategy and shared services goals
