Position Overview
The Senior Traveling Superintendent for Data Centers will oversee and manage construction projects focused on data center facilities. This role requires extensive experience in data center construction, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and coordination across multiple job sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the construction of data center projects on-site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the design and construction align perfectly with project specifications.
  • Oversee subcontractors and laborers, ensuring their work meets quality and timeline expectations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the work is being performed according to project schedules and specifications.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, reporting on project status and any potential delays or issues.
  • Implement best practices in construction, focusing on the Design-Build model to improve efficiency and quality of work.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to data center construction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on data centers or similar facilities.
  • Proven experience in Design-Build project delivery methods.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to various job sites as required.
