Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Daytona Beach, FL that is seeking a Service Desk/Device Management Technician for a hybrid role.

Summary:
The Service Desk Technician provides troubleshooting assistance to employees, various day-to-day tasks associated with the IT department, and other specially assigned tasks as needed. A proficiency in Microsoft Office products is needed, along with familiarity with the Microsoft Windows Server environment. Additional third-party products are used and must be learned by the Service Desk Technician as needed.

Responsibilities:
* Handles administrate tasks as needed (New Customer set-up, Knowledge Base creation and management)
* Inventory/Asset Management
* Assist end users with use of technology
* Support end users with all hardware and software
* Active Directory: Perform tasks related to provisioning and deactivation of network user accounts
* Engage with other IT departments for process and systems Go-Live events

Will be working with:
* Printer Support
* Microsoft O365 Suite
* Microsoft Windows 10
* Apple/iPhone

REQUIREMENTS:
* Microsoft background
* Apple experience
* Printers experience
* Office365 experience
* AzureAD experience
* SNOW experience
* Device Management and Help Desk Support experience
* Strong customer service skills
* Upbeat, professional

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
