Job Details

Role: Service Desk L2
Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid 4 days/week onsite)
Duration: 6 months

Must-Haves:

  • 5 7+ years of Service Desk/Desktop Support experience
  • Current Experience working in investment management companies
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to self-manage
  • Familiarity with ZenDesk (currently in use)
  • ServiceNow experience is a plus (potential transition in the future)
  • Familiarity with monitoring and patching (moving to N-Able for these functions)
  • Must have Linkedin with profile picture of themselves, and matching their resume
