Responsibilities:
Understand business needs, define ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.), and map them to ServiceNow capabilities.
Create and own the ServiceNow architecture design.
Provide guidance on best practices, scalability, and extensibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical alignment.
Evaluate integrationa requirements with third-party tools (Active Directory, monitoring tools, etc.).
Validate customizations and workflows for compliance with customer requirements.
Support in licensing and platform procurement discussions.
Skills Required:
15+ years in ITSM implementation and architecture.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, etc.).
Expertise in ServiceNow integrations using APIs, MID servers, etc.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (preferred) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
