This is a fully remote position, but the candidate should be based around Maryland, Virginia and Wahington
REQUIRED SKILL SETS/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATES:
Associate degree, related field
Certificate required: Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Implementation experience
JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for configuring and integrating pre-built ServiceNow capabilities including Asset Management, Risk Management and Incident Management. The SDNow portal provides on demand access to manage, track and report on transition performance.
- Will leverage the Service Now platform to design, develop and integrate additional functionality,
- Will work collaboratively to establish integrations in the Service Now instance, including the SDNow portal.
- Work collaboratively to create dashboards and reports within SDNow to monitor performance in near-real time.
- Work collaboratively to create ticket workflows including automated triage and issue escalation.
- Work collaboratively to create workflows to track all aspects of onboarding, clearing and training staff.
- Identify additional ServiceNow capabilities to benefit the program.
- Support decision making of the program team with analysis and recommendations regarding implementation os ServiceNow modules.
- Designing, developing, and deployment with the ServiceNow platform.
- Migrating data from different tools into Service Now.
- Creating reports and dashboard within ServiceNow.
- Creating and modifying workflows within ServiceNow.
REQUIRED SKILL SETS/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATES:
Associate degree, related field
Certificate required: Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Implementation experience
3 to 5years experience in incremental software development projects such as the Agile Scrum approach.
