Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually
Description: About the Role

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Analyst to focus on troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and process optimization within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong ServiceNow HRSD expertise who enjoys partnering with stakeholders to enhance HR processes and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
  • Partner with HR and technical teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Configure and enhance ServiceNow HRSD modules, including:
    • Catalog Items
    • Employee Center Pro
    • Workspace
    • Virtual Agent & Live Agent Chat
    • Advanced Work Assignments & Skills
    • Mobile App & Employee Workflows
    • ACLs, SLAs, Dynamic Translations, Localization Framework
    • Performance Analytics
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore managed service providers.
  • Review HR processes and recommend improvements.
  • Support HR system integrations and ensure data accuracy.


Required Qualifications
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) with HRSD certification.
  • 2+ years in an HR generalist or HR functional role.
  • 2+ years in HR process/technology management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of HR process review and improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.


Preferred / Bonus Skills
  • Additional ServiceNow HRSD configuration experience.
  • Experience in HR system integration.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Atlassian Suite, SVN, Azure DevOps).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
