A typical applicant is responsible for analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, proposing solutions to achieve complex business objectives. The position provides guidance on, assists in establishing, and participates in technical governance processes. The role collaborates on the design and implementation of a platform operating model that improves likelihood of successful go-lives and end-user adoption. Technical Architect must provide technical evaluation of strategic and operational demands against the ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and leading practices and is expected to be a veteran leader in the ServiceNow field, having successfully delivered many large, complex, global multi-product projects on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate is also required to have a special blend of technical expertise and soft skills in sales conversations and post sales delivery domains allowing them to manage and communicate best practice advice and guidance with customers.

Roles and Responsibility:

Perform software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third-party software integrations using Service Now technical best practices and solution should be ACE aligned

Obtain and analyze business requirements and document technical solutions

Develop, design and rollout new application modules, workflows and catalog requests

Research new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer value

Design and delivery of technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform

Leadership skills in technical initiatives, Generating detailed solution documentation

Communications that clearly articulate solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations in front of customer

10+ years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, Upgrade and/or development of the Service Now tool, Should have worked on Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST)

Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions

ServiceNow Experience should include scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration and deployment. Specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change and Service Catalog

System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience, Experience with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Angular JS, Java, Python, HTML, XML, Jelly

Excellent communication skills , Understanding of ITIL framework.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification preferred.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).

Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Design and architect ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers to ensure best practices and standards are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation on the ServiceNow platform, keeping abreast of new features and functionality.

Work closely with IT leadership to align ServiceNow initiatives with overall business objectives and strategy.

Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.

Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow platform capabilities, integrations, and emerging technologies.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
