Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable ServiceNow Administrator to support the development and implementation of a new Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) solution. This contractor will play a critical role in the design, configuration, and delivery of a custom, integrated access control framework that streamlines role creation, ownership, and automated provisioning via Active Directory.

This initiative includes building a web-based front end within the ServiceNow Employee Center Portal that integrates with Active Directory to expose usable AD groups. This allows hiring managers to define and manage access roles in a secure, automated, and auditable way.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience in a complex enterprise environment
  • Strong experience with MID Server, IntegrationHub, and automated provisioning via AD
  • Deep understanding of RBAC principles and hands-on experience implementing them in ServiceNow
  • Experience building custom UIs and workflows in the Employee Center Portal
  • Proficiency integrating ServiceNow with Active Directory for group and user management
  • Experience automating workflows and provisioning via Flow Designer
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and configuration best practices
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes such as Request, Incident, and Onboarding
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
