Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Canton, MA (Remote)
Duration: Fulltime
Must Have Technical/Functional Skil
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with integrations (Active Directory, Workday, Jira)
- Familiarity with healthcare payer systems and compliance frameworks (e.g., ITAR, NERC CIP)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Own the ServiceNow platform strategy across enterprise programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
- Architecture Oversight: Lead solution design and enhancement activities, maintaining technical integrity and governance across all ServiceNow initiatives.
- Transformation Advisor: Act as SME and thought leader for ServiceNow transformations, guiding clients through digital maturity and platform optimization.
- Operational Excellence: Drive cost transparency and value tracking for ServiceNow enhancements and integrations.
- Platform Stewardship: Stay current on ServiceNow products and integrated technologies, ensuring scalable and secure implementations.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and develop strategic solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
