Job Title: ServiceNow Architect(Discovery/SACM)

Location: Charlotte, NC Onsite Role

Duration: Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a Discovery/SACM Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow Discovery and SACM (Service Asset & Configuration Management) to assist in solution design and provide technical recommendations for business solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of cloud discovery, CSDM/CDMB, and cloud infrastructure concepts to ensure accurate and scalable configuration management across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions in the SACM/Discovery space using ServiceNow.
  • Provide technical recommendations to align business needs with best practices in Discovery and Configuration Management.
  • Implement and optimize ServiceNow Discovery, with a strong focus on cloud discovery across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Ensure adherence to CSDM/CDMB frameworks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date configuration data.
  • Define and enforce standards, governance, and best practices for SACM and Discovery processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to support business initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot discovery issues and recommend enhancements for improved performance and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow Discovery (on-prem and cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of CSDM/CDMB and SACM principles.
  • Extensive experience in cloud concepts, including infrastructure, hardware, and software discovery.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes (servers, networks, databases, applications).
  • Ability to design scalable, efficient solutions aligned with ITIL and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
