ServiceNow Architect SPM Responsibilities
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 3+ years focused on SPM/PPM implementations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow SPM modules:
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Agile Development/Scaled Agile
- Resource Management
- Financial Planning & Tracking
- Application Portfolio Management (APM)
- Expertise in integrating ServiceNow SPM with enterprise tools (Jira, SAP/Oracle Financials, MS Project, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise portfolio and program management processes, frameworks (PMO, Agile, SAFe).
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and Flow Designer/Workflow.
- Deep understanding of CSDM and how it connects with SPM.
- Experience designing dashboards, reports, and KPIs for executive and operational visibility.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to interact at CXO/VP levels.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- ServiceNow SPM Implementation Specialist certification .
- ITIL v4 or PMP/SAFe Agile certifications
