Job Description:

Position: Technical Project Manager

Industry: Telecom

Location: Remote in the US

Duration: Long term, renewable, 12+ months

Pay: W2 $60-70/hr based on experience

Summary of background requested:
  • Experience working on scrum teams, contributing to iterative development cycles and continuous delivery within Agile framework.
  • Demonstrates strong technical writing skills to develop clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
  • ServiceNow Experience in Enterprise Architecture & Application Portfolio Management
  • Proficiency with UAT and defect management tools
  • Basic understanding of database queries for validating backend testing.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test cases.
  • Strong troubleshooting and defect analysis skills to identify root causes of issues.
  • Adept at risk assessment and mitigation related to UAT processes.
  • Attention to detail and Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Risk assessment and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, negotiation skills and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
  • Research and interviewing skills to gather information from SMEs (Subject Matter Experts).
  • Ability to foster collaboration and remove impediments for the team.
