Job Details

Salary is 140k to 175k + bonus

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, GRC, and TPRM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive automation, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure platform stability.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules

  • Customize forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies

  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs

  • Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow environments

  • Support implementation of ServiceNow GRC, IRM, or SecOps modules

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing platform support

  • Document technical specifications and user guides

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs

  • Experience with modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, GRC, or SecOps

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); additional certifications a plus

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (e.g., Okta, Splunk, LDAP)

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Scoped Applications

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Store apps and licensing
