Job Title : ServiceNow Developer
Client Location: Tampa, FL (3 days a week Hybrid onsite)

Job Description:
The purpose of the job is to develop new enhancements in ServiceNow SaaS platform s Customer Service Management Module.
It centers on development of custom forms, knowledge base, service catalogs, workflows and reporting. Knowledge of JavaScript development to add custom validations and business logic to the core modules. Knowledge of Mid Server implementation for ServiceNow SaaS.
Ability to schedule and develop jobs that would integrate the ServiceNow SaaS with databases, Web Services and files.

Key Responsibilities:
- (Describe the main activities the job-holder will perform) - Proficient in ServiceNow SaaS platform
- Proficient with Mid Server integration scriptings and encryption
- Enhancement of ServiceNow Customer Service Management module
- Add validations and business logic to the core module using JavaScript
- Proficient in update sets to migrate code from one instance to another.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using multiple methodologies(WebService, database, files)

Strong experience ServiceNow development using recommended best practices.
Experience in following areas:
- Ability to work in ServiceNow SaaS platform and develop customized solutions.
- Strong knowledge in using Mid Server for two way integration of ServiceNow with other products.
- Knowledge of migration strategies using update sets.
- Identifying and mitigating vulnerability findings Skills: (What specific technical skills does the individual need and at what level, e.g. specific IT/spreadsheet/analytical/modelling skills)
- Strong design & execution bend of mind
- Conceptual understanding of design patterns - Exposure to SDLC
- Passion for technology and self- starter - Orientation towards Disciplined development processes
Qualifications:
- (What academic/professional qualifications/registrations does the individual need if relevant) B. Tech from a top engineering college, University, preferably in computer science. Other preferred branches are EE, ECE. Candidates with passion for coding and systems development from other disciplines also can apply.
- Implementation and support experience in financial companies and banks is preferred.
