Job Title: ServiceNow Developer with Discovery & SPM
Location: Charlotte, NC. Onsite role

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Discovery Developer with strong expertise in pattern development to support and enhance Discovery within our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Discovery Pattern Development, a solid background in Windows/Linux operating systems, and proficiency in cloud concepts (Google Cloud Platform/Azure). This role requires strong problem-solving skills to research, troubleshoot, and resolve Discovery issues while ensuring patterns remain accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve issues related to ServiceNow Discovery patterns.
- Develop, enhance, and update custom discovery patterns as required.
- Work on incidents, problem management, and requests related to Discovery.
- Apply regular expressions (Regex) to build and refine discovery patterns.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to validate discovery accuracy.
- Ensure Discovery supports cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Follow best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong ServiceNow Discovery Pattern Development
- Solid background in operating systems: Windows and Linux.
- Expertise with Regular Expressions (Regex) for pattern customization.
- Experience with cloud discovery (Google Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS).
- Good understanding of networking and infrastructure components.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Active ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and/or CAD (Certified Application Developer)
