Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including creating custom applications, business rules, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
Customization: Customize ServiceNow forms, tables, fields, UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts to align with business requirements.
Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
Configuration & Administration: Configure and administer ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues with ServiceNow applications, platforms, and integrations.
Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance and usability of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets organizational needs efficiently.
Documentation: Write and maintain technical documentation, including application design specifications, code documentation, and release notes.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand business needs and provide effective technical solutions.

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Studio, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change Management, and other modules.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, for developing ServiceNow applications.
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
Experience in working with ServiceNow's custom applications, workflows, and scripting.
Previous experience in IT service management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Experience with ServiceNow s Performance Analytics and Reporting capabilities.
Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management
