Job Title: ServiceNow FSM

Location: California & Texas

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) Developer / Consultant to join our team supporting enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow FSM solutions, including dispatching, work order management, mobile workflows, and asset tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow FSM modules, including:
    • Work Orders, Assignments, Dispatch Console, Scheduling, and Skills Management.
    • Mobile Agent App configuration for field service use cases.
    • Integration with other modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse field service processes and translate requirements into FSM configurations.
  • Build and manage ServiceNow FSM workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
  • Integrate FSM with external systems (e.g., GIS, GPS tracking, ERP) via REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Develop custom dashboards and reports for performance tracking, technician productivity, and SLA monitoring.
  • Support data migration, testing, training, and post-deployment activities.
  • Provide technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with 2+ years in ServiceNow FSM.
  • Strong understanding of field service operations and mobile workforce needs.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Mobile Agent App for FSM.
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting (server/client-side).
  • Experience with Dispatch Console, Work Order Management, and Skills-based Routing.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
  • ServiceNow Field Service Management Micro-Certification or Implementation Specialist is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, or ITOM.
  • Familiarity with offline mobile capabilities and remote device sync.
  • Knowledge of mapping/location services (GIS, Google Maps APIs).
  • Prior experience in utilities, telecom, field engineering, or public sector domains is a plus.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
