We are seeking an experienced Depot Operations Manager with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, IT Asset Management, and Depot/Field Services. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 15 20 resources, oversee end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management, and drive operational excellence in Depot processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage Depot operations with a team of 15 20 people, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.

Oversee IT Asset Lifecycle procurement, imaging, deployment, legal hold, and retirement.

Utilize ServiceNow ITSM for asset management, reporting, and tracking.

Generate and deliver weekly/monthly reports to TCS and client leadership.

Ensure accurate inventory management across all Depot resources.

Implement and monitor laptop build processes using SCCM/PXE boot servers.

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve operational issues quickly.

Introduce and drive best practices for Depot operations and service delivery.

Maintain SOP documentation for Depot processes.

Demonstrate strong leadership, people management, and soft skills to motivate the team.
Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience managing Depot or Field Services operations.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM with focus on Asset Management module.

Knowledge of Legal Hold processes in IT asset management.

Hands-on experience with laptop imaging/build processes (SCCM, PXE boot).

Ability to generate detailed reports from ServiceNow.

Experience in managing 15 20 team members in IT Depot operations.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and soft skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:

ITIL certification or equivalent ITSM knowledge.

Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and advanced reporting.

Exposure to automation in IT asset lifecycle management.

Knowledge of vendor management and procurement workflows.
