Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in managing ServiceNow implementation projects. Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ServiceNow ITAM modules.

Position Responsibilities

  • Work with Client's Product Owner (PO) using Agile Scrum (Scrum) to manage requirements as user stories, build and maintain a product roadmap, provide input on user story prioritization, design, build, and test the ServiceNow ITAM solution.
  • Create project plans and responsible for managing resources, risk, issue and client liaison.

Position Requirements

  • Over 10 years of professional experience, of which substantial experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Specific experience with ServiceNow ITAM including Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro), Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
  • Must have excellent communication and problem resolution skills
  • Ideal candidate would have PMP, CSM certifications
