Neos is Seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer for a contract role with our client in Austin, TX.

This position requires candidates to be onsite 4-5 days a week at 6230 E Stassney Ln, Austin, TX 78744

Work to Be Accomplished

As a ServiceNow Senior Developer/Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for development, core configuration, administration, maintenance, support, and technical expertise of TxDOT's ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance/Integrated Risk Management implementation. You have a purposeful mindset and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

  • Implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance/Integrated Risk Management (GRC/IRM) in TxDOT's instances of ServiceNow.
  • Drive process and requirements discussions, including demonstrations of application capabilities.
  • Provide architectural recommendations, guidance, and design overall technical solutions.
  • Core platform configuration updates and enhancements to Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support GRC/IRM.
  • Development to implement GRC/IRM including the following modules:
    • Policy and Compliance
    • Advanced Risk Management
    • Audit Management
    • Continuous Authorization Monitoring
    • Privacy Management
    • Workspace configuration
    • Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards
    • Update/build integrations with other systems as identified to support GRC/IRM processes.
  • Support, drive, and document for all SDLC activities including:
    • Technical Design Document including Requirements Traceability Matrix
    • UAT remediation
    • Knowledge transfer documentation and sessions to steady state support team
  • Develop scripts, workflows, and flows on the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks and integrations.
  • Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (REST, orchestration, and other relevant methodologies).
  • Build out modules, customizations, and configurations based on customer requirements.
  • Provide alternatives to customizations by exploring out-of-the-box capabilities and configuration.
  • Work collaboratively with existing TxDOT ServiceNow Technical team to provide transition of day-to-day support and maintenance of application to TxDOT.
  • Work on enhancements to GRC/IRM modules from project backlog and new functionality as needed by business.
  • A current and resides in the United States.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications

  • 4 years experience implementing GRC/IRM.
  • 3 years experience with implementing CAM.
  • 4 years JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, Glide, HTML, XML and/or JSON.
  • 4 years strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to gather, understand, organize, and interpret relevant data & information.
  • 3 years experience designing to requirements.
  • 3 years familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST).
  • 3 years Certified GRC Integrated Risk Management Implementer.
  • 3 years Certified System Administrator for ServiceNow.
  • 3 years Development and Administration in ServiceNow GRC/IRM.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 years Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
  • 3 years Development and Administration in ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, FSM, Service Catalog.
