Location: Dallas, TX onsite

This role is for a ServiceNow Form Developer who will focus on designing, configuring, and optimizing forms and user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform. The goal is to enhance user experience and ensure data integrity through well-structured, dynamic forms that align with business processes.
Key Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Form Developer, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing and developing custom forms using ServiceNow Studio and Form Designer.
- Implementing client scripts, UI policies, and business rules to enhance form behavior.
- Configuring form layouts, views, and related lists to improve usability.
- Collaborating with process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional form designs.
- Ensuring forms are accessible, responsive, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
- Performing testing, debugging, and documentation of form configurations.
- Supporting upgrades and troubleshooting form-related issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 6-8 years in a relevant role.
- Essential Skills:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow form design and configuration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and UI scripting within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model and relationships.
- Experience with Flow Designer and low-code/no-code tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Desirable Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
