Job Details

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on ServiceNow projects.

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules such as Incident, Change, Request, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

  • Proven ability to create clear, concise documentation (business requirements, process flows, user stories).

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

  • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, CSM, or GRC modules.

  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and frameworks.

  • Experience working in large enterprise environments or consulting firms.

  • Understanding of integration concepts and data modeling in ServiceNow.
