Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or computer engineering, or other related area and minimum 3 years IT experience, with an emphasis in SharePoint, Power BI/Automate/Flow and process automation.; or associate degree or technical diploma/degree or equivalent years of related work experience
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework development
  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Office 365 suite, developing & implementing solutions in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric & Azure (nice to have)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficient skills in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, Power BI).
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong professional/business writing skills
  • Ability to manage time and projects effectively while quickly adapting to changing priorities
  • Ability to create and maintain business processes mapping and Visio work-flow diagrams
  • Ability to collaborate well with a team and independently under minimal supervision.
  • Aptitude for quickly learning and mastering innovative technologies and systems
  • Demonstrates confidence in decision making while following chain of command for approvals
  • Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation.
  • Ability to work remotely as well as onsite as needed by the business
