Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sharepoint/Cloud Administrator to join our team! In this role you will serve the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence's Mission Support Division in the Information and Data Management Directorate to support requirements of the Commander and other consumers.
The Sharepoint/Cloud Administrator will support the Information and Data Management Directorate on maintaining continuity of the organization 24/7. The contractor will coordinate internally between numerous directorates and support requirements as needed.

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sharepoint/Cloud Administrator to join our team! What You'll Be Doing:
- Establish and execute procedures for the management of the OEE portal environment for the U.S. military at Fort Leavenworth, KS.
- Provide technical administration over the portal infrastructure, supporting policies and procedures and assist in the development of plans to sustain and enhance portal services and align these services to meet the needs of all constituents who use the portal environment.
- Serve in the SharePoint 2010 development team: assist in project plans and schedules; assist with tasks; assist in creating and assessing deliverables; conduct project status reports as requested; and help produce metrics utilizing Agile project management methodology.
- Utilizes ITIL Services v3 best practices/methodology for Change Management and Release Management.
- Proactively assist with technical influence over the portal infrastructure, supporting policies and procedures and developing plans to sustain and enhance portal services and align these services to meet the needs of all constituents who use the portal environment.
- Implement a systems development framework, including all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (requirements definition, technical designs, coding, testing, and implementation); produce instructions, process, and workflow documentation.
- Review and approve configuration and training documentation.
- Provide portal development and administrative support for functional offices.
- Train users on how to use the portal environment; hands-on and user documentation.
- Closely work with the OEE technical team to ensure that content management policies are followed and that appropriate public Internet environment content is posted
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 2+ years' experience
- Understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and functionality, including site creation, permissions management, and customization.
- Understanding of SQL Server databases, which SharePoint relies on, including backups, recovery, and maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues related to SharePoint Online and related technologies.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Experience with integrating SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services like Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in scripting languages automate administrative tasks and create custom solutions.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and IIS for managing SharePoint environments.
- Experience with planning and executing SharePoint migrations and upgrades.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with teams, stakeholders, and end-users to understand their needs and ensure successful SharePoint
