Position: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) (Full Time)
Location: O Fallon, MO (Onsite)
Mandatory Skills: SRE Operations
Experience: 3-5 Years
Must-have Skills:
- CI/CD methodologies, Jenkins automation, Git version control, and Maven dependency management.
- Administrator
- Experience with Unix Shell Scripting, SQL for managing and querying databases.
- Strong troubleshooting skills using logs and monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) focusing on Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
- Proven experience in L2 Support operations.
- Knowledge in PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and AWS Cloud services.
Tools Utilized:
- Remedy for ticketing and incident management.
- Rally for project and bug tracking.
- Splunk and Dynatrace for real-time monitoring and analysis.
- WinSCP for secure file transfer and validation.
- CyberArk and Putty for secure access management and scripting.
- Toad for database querying and management.
