We're searching for a Site Support Analyst. We offer PTO, Paid Holidays, Bonus, 401K and Healthcare stipend. We need someone that can be on site 5 days a week 9-5.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience, ideally working in a warehouse environment
- Experience with deploying software\imaging using SCCM
- Experience troubleshooting warehouse device equipment such as RF barcode scanners, label printers, desktop/laptop computers and other peripherals/devices
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, VPN and Cisco networking device issues
Responsibilities
• Build relationships with our Warehouse Operations team by spending time on the warehouse floor to learn their workflows so we can better assist them with technical issues.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and remediation of a wide variety of complex technical issues ranging from RF scanners, SAP lockouts, network connectivity, and warehouse equipment issues.
• Prioritize tickets to ensure our local and remote end users receive updates and resolutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate and provide technical support across cross functional IT teams to solve high impact incidents with a sense of urgency by providing on-site eyes and hands support.
• Resolve complex technical problems using standard operating procedures.
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership by employing a strong work ethic to solve complex problems from start to finish.
• Perform research independently by asking clarifying questions, gather relevant data, and resolve the manner using a data driven approach.
