Location: San Jose, CA / remote
Duration: 2-3 Months Contract (Part time -20 hours per week)

Overview

  • We re looking for a knowledgeable Smartsheet professional to provide part-time support (20 hours per week) while our team member is on leave.
  • This role will require someone who can quickly get up to speed, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our workflows and reporting continue running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage, update, and troubleshoot existing Smartsheet projects, dashboards, and reports
  • Create or improve forms, automations, and templates as needed
  • Provide support and training to team members who use Smartsheet
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain clean, organized sheets
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Smartsheet (please include specific examples in your proposal)
  • Ability to set up automations, cross-sheet references, and reporting dashboards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills.
