Qualification, Skills, and Knowledge Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing and creative strategy development
  • Proven ability to increase engagement and reach through content strategy, audience targeting, and

platform analytics

  • Strong understanding of multimedia storytelling and maximizing visibility across platforms
  • Proficiency with design and scheduling tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer, or Later
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey marketing concepts to

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and

engagement across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, Facebook)

  • Create, schedule, and manage multimedia content (graphics, videos, infographics, animations) that aligns

with brand identity and project goals

  • Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to optimize content strategy, reach, and

engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams-including creative directors, video producers, project managers, and researchers to align social media efforts with organizational initiatives
  • Present and explain social media strategies and performance data in clear, accessible language to non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay current on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging technologies to inform creative and

strategic decisions

  • Maintain an organized content calendar, ensuring the timely publication of posts and campaigns
