Job Details

  • 84 months experience eliciting/extracting detailed business/software application requirements from customer/project stakeholders or system artifacts.

  • 84 months experience in obtaining and writing business, user and functional requirements, use cases, process models, workflows, creating screen mock-ups, report mock-ups, and technical documents with attention to detail.

  • 60 months experience developing/maintaining test plans and detailed test cases, executing those tests, validating test results, and logging/tracking related defects.

  • 24 months experience supporting an enterprise Leaning Management System. Including system analysis, configuration, and reporting design and configuration.

  • 24 months experience designing user interfaces for software applications using tools such as Balsamiq or equivalent.

Detailed Job Description: The Software Analyst in this position will study the software application domain, prepare software requirements and specification documents. The analyst will be the primary liaison between the software users, business owners, agency stakeholders and the technical teams required to produce a software solution. The analyst will be required to convey the demands of the software users to the technical teams.
