About the Role

A leading global market-making and quantitative trading firm is seeking an AI Agents Software Developer to help architect, build, and deploy intelligent agent systems that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and accelerate innovation across the organization.

As part of a high-impact engineering group, you will work closely with research, trading, and operations teams to develop scalable AI agents that operate on massive real-time datasets and support mission-critical decisions in the financial markets.

This role offers exceptional ownership, technical depth, and direct exposure to advanced AI challenges.

What You ll Do

  • Design, build, and optimize AI agents using Python
  • Integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms and distributed systems
  • Evaluate third-party AI models and services to determine best-fit solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements
  • Maintain and improve a platform for testing and evaluating AI agents
  • Participate in code reviews and follow modern development best practices
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI workflows for performance and reliability

Who You Are

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Python applications
  • Commercial or open-source experience building AI agents using modern frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML libraries and integrations with vendor services
  • Experience with enterprise tools (Git, Confluence, Slack)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in fast-moving, high-impact environments
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (employment sponsorship available)
