Job Details
Applicable Visa: E3
Role: Software Developer/Engineer
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite weekly)
Locations: Charlotte (NC), Chandler (AZ), Minneapolis (MN), Dallas (TX), Iselin (NJ)
Contract Duration: 6 to 24 months (with potential for full-time conversion)
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or an equivalent combination of education, military, or professional background
- Proficiency in Java AND either C# or Python
- Hands-on GenAI experience, especially in fine-tuning models (data science experience not required)
- Experience working with Docker and containerized applications
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform or Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with HTML and web service orchestration
- Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
