A client of Sharp Decisions if looking for a Software Developer. This role is HYBRID in Torrance, CA with an initial contract of 15+ months, W2 only.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM MVS, Z/OS, COBOL, CICS. DB2
- Excellent communications skills both written and oral.
- Experience developing stored procedure interfaces with client server.
- Development experience in enterprise-grade environments.
- Experience with large complex application development projects.
